Instructions to make Taco Scoops = A party in your mouth!๐ŸŽ‰:
  1. Here we go!
  2. Copper peppers, onions,
  3. Add in peppers, stir, cook on low to soften
  4. Add your meat to pan. Cook low heat. Chop with spatula.
  5. Brown your meat add teaspoon taco seasoning stir in a little bit of water to simmer.
  6. Cover cook low heat.
  7. In a separate preferably non stick pot add your Rotel tomatoes. โ˜†DO NOT DRAINโ˜† (I use mild because original is too hot for me. Mild still has some kick!)
  8. Dice Velveeta cheese add to pot with Rotel tomatoes.
  9. Cook on low heat stir frequently until all cheese melted. If too thin or soupy add small amounts of cheese to thicken. Note you don't want overly thick either.

These are two substances that boost the quality and function of the grey matter in your brain. It’s the truth: consuming tuna fish sandwiches can actually help you overcome your depression.

It’s easy to overcome your bad mood when you are eating grains. Barley, quinoa, millet, teff, etc are all excellent for helping you feel better. They help you feel full as well which can actually help to better your mood. Feeling famished can be awful! The reason these grains are so great for your mood is that they are not hard for your stomach to digest. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps bring up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, raises your mood.

Green tea is actually great for your mood. You were sure green tea had to be included in this article, right? Green tea has been found to be packed full of an amino acid called L-theanine. Research has found that this amino acid promotes the production of brain waves. This helps raise your mental sharpness while calming the rest of your body. You knew that green tea helps you be better. Now you know that green tea can elevate your mood as well!
