The ingredients needed to make Beef Noodle Goulash:
  1. Prepare 1 Yellow Onion diced
  2. Make ready 1 Bell pepper diced (half a green, and yellow or orange
  3. Get 1 can Stewed roasted tomatoes
  4. Prepare 1 can MILD Rotel tomatoes, with chiles plus the juice
  5. Take 1 box Elbow noodles
  6. Prepare 2 pd Ground beef/chuck/turkey or venison(whichever you like)
  7. Make ready as needed minced Garlic
  8. Take 3 dash A1 sauce
  9. Take 1/2 small can or few tbsp of French onion soup-the liquid in a can kind
  10. Get to taste as needed of favorite Seasonings: Italian, garlic and onion powder or lawrys, salt, cracked pepper and some mccormick hamburger seasoning I have. It's really good. you can also add a tbsp or 2 of ranch powder
  11. Take 2 Bay leaf to boil with noodle water, and some seasonings, beef broth or cube, drizzle of olive oil

Drain and return the Season with salt. Divide the noodles and stew among bowls. Top with the parsley and sour cream. With fall-apart beef, tomatoes and peppers in a creamy, rich stew, our slow-cooker goulash recipe couldn't be easier or more comforting.
