  6. Prepare 1 envelope Taco Seasoning
  7. Get 1 envelope Dry Ranch Mix
  8. Take 8 oz Cream Cheese
  9. Make ready 1 3/4 cup Water

Instructions to make Cream Cheese Taco Soup:
  1. Brown ground beef and season as desired. I use onion and garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes and salt. Then drain.
  2. Add kidney beans, corn, rotel and tomatoes along with water to the pot containing the ground beef. Mix well.
  3. Add taco seasoning and ranch mix. Mix well.
  4. Bring to a strong rolling boil and add cream cheese in chunks to the pot.
  5. Boil and mix continuously until cream cheese is completely melted
  6. Serve with desired toppings and enjoy!!!
