Steps to make Queso Beef Dip:
  1. Fry ground beef until brown
  2. Add Ro*Tel tomatoes to beef
  3. Cut cheese into small squares, then throw into frying pan with the rest of the ingredients on medium heat. Keep stirring so cheese doesn't burn in pan.
