  1. Make ready 1 lb Ground beef
  2. Take 1 lb Ground pork
  3. Take 1 poblano pepper, chopped
  4. Take 1 jalapeño pepper. chopped
  5. Take 1 large onion, chopped
  6. Get 2 clove garlic, minced
  7. Take 3 tbsp chili powder
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp ground cumin
  9. Make ready 10 oz can Rotel tomato (get the hot if you like your chili spicier)
  10. Take 48 oz chili beans (with sauce)
  11. Take 12 oz beer (dark beer tastes great in this recipe)

Steps to make Chompin' good Chili:
  1. Brown ground beef and pork. Drain off fat.
  2. Add fresh chilies and onion. Cook for 5 minutes, until onion is translucent.
  3. Add garlic, chili powder, cumin, Rotel, chili beans and beer. Bring to a boil.
  4. Turn down the heat and cook covered for at least 30 minutes. If the chili is too thick, just add water or beer.
  5. You can add some heat to this by adding more peppers. I love to eat this with a nice crunchy grilled cheese sandwich. This (as all chili) is better the next day.

The yolk is the part of the egg that is the most crucial in terms of helping raise your mood. Eggs, particularly the yolks, are rich in B vitamins. B vitamins can be terrific for lifting up your mood. This is because they help in bettering the function of your neural transmitters, the components of your brain that control your mood. Try to eat an egg and feel a lot better!

Make a few trail mix of nuts or seeds. Peanuts, cashews, sunflower seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds, etcetera are all terrific for helping to boost your mood. This is possible as these foods are high in magnesium which increases serotonin production. Serotonin is the “feel good” chemical that directs your brain how you feel all the time. The higher your levels of serotonin, the more pleasant you are going to feel. Nuts, on top of bettering your mood, can be a superb protein source.

Cold water fish are excellent if you wish to feel happier. Salmon, herring, tuna, mackerel, trout, etcetera, they’re all high in omega-3 and DHA.
