The ingredients needed to make Singapore Rice:
  1. Prepare 1 cup rice
  2. Make ready 1 spring onion
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup capsicum
  4. Make ready 1/2 cup carrot
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  6. Get 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  7. Prepare 1 tsp vinegar
  8. Get 1 green chilli
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp Red chilli sauce or Peri Peri Sauce 1 tbsp soya sauce
  10. Make ready 1 tbsp Chilli Garlic sauce
  11. Take 2 eggs fried & cut into strips

Instructions to make Singapore Rice:
  1. Rinse the rice and soak it for 15 minutes. Now cook rice and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok/kadai over high flame, toss in garlic and fry until oil becomes fragrant.
  3. Then add spring onions, green chilli and carrots. Saute for 2 minutes. Add capsicum & eggs, sprinkle salt & continue frying till they are half done.
  4. Now add cooked rice. Mix all the sauces and pour on the rice evenly. Sprinkle black pepper powder, mix everything well and toss over high flame for 2-3 minutes.

Some grains are really excellent for driving away bad moods. Quinoa, barley, teff, millet, etc are all great for helping you feel happier. These grains fill you up better and that can help elevate your moods as well. Feeling famished can truly bring you down! These grains can help your mood elevate as it’s not at all difficult for your body to digest them. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps kick start a rise in your glucose levels which in turn brings up your mood to a happier place.

Green tea is excellent for moods. You were simply expecting to read that here, weren’t you? Green tea is rich in an amino acid called L-theanine. Research has proven that this amino acid stimulates the production of brain waves. This helps improve your mental sharpness while calming the rest of your body. You probably already knew it is not difficult to become healthy when you consume green tea. Now you know it can help improve your mood too!
