Steps to make My My My Taco Pie:
  1. pre-heat oven to 350°
  2. cook pie shells until golden brown about 15 minutes
  3. brown ground beef and drain grease
  4. add rotel and taco seasoning to ground beef do not drain juice continue cooking until rotel is warmed through about 3 to 5 minutes
  5. once pie shells have cooked it's time to layer, refried beans, meat mixture and cheese repeat if needed
  6. brown tortillas on both sides in a little oil then place on top of pie
  7. cover tortilla with cheese and bake until cheese is melted
  8. remove pie from oven and top with lettuce tomatoes and sour cream
