The ingredients needed to make Dump and Go Chili:
  1. Take 1 lb ground beef
  2. Take 2 cans dark kidney beans (32 total oz)
  3. Make ready 2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies (20 total oz)
  4. Make ready 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  5. Get 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  6. Take 16 oz water
  7. Get 2 teaspoons celery salt
  8. Take 2 teaspoons black pepper
  9. Take 1 teaspoon paprika
  10. Prepare 1 teaspoon chili powder
  11. Make ready 1 McCormick chili seasoning packet
  12. Take Sides
  13. Take Scoops Fritos
  14. Take Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions to make Dump and Go Chili:
  1. Season the ground beef with the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, black pepper, paprika, and chili powder. Then, brown the ground beef and drain it.
  2. Pour the ground beef, dark kidney beans, rotel, chili seasoning packet, and water into a crock pot. Stir well.
  3. Cool the chili on low for 5 hours. (The first night, I use the chili to make chili slaw dogs because it hasn't cooked long enough to eat by itself.) Put the crock pot in the fridge overnight.
  4. The next day, cook the chili on low in the crock pot again for another 5 hours.
  5. Serve with shredded cheese and Fritos.

It’s not hard to overcome your bad mood when you are eating grains. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all truly wonderful for helping raise your happiness levels. They help you feel full also which can truly help to make your mood better. It’s not difficult to feel depressed when you feel famished! The reason these grains elevate your mood is that they are not difficult for your stomach to digest. You digest these foods quicker than other foods which can help boost your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel happier, mood wise.
