  1. Take 4 Lbs ground beef
  2. Prepare 2 Big bags of Chili Cheese Fritos
  3. Get 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  4. Prepare 1 Lg red onion
  5. Take 5 sweet mini peppers chopped up
  6. Make ready 4 pkgs of Taco Bell seasoning
  7. Get 2 jars salsa
  8. Prepare 3 Can rotel drained
  9. Get 2 Pkg mexican blend shredded cheese
  10. Prepare to taste Salt and pepper

Steps to make Taco Delight Casserole:
  1. Brown ground beef, onion, garlic, sweet peppers and add taco seasoning and set aside.
  2. In a deep casserole dish layer salsa first then fritos. Then add a layer of the ground beef and onion mixture. Then the rotel and salsa then the cheese last.
  3. Repeat layers ending in chip layer. Top with remaining cheese. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Bake uncovered for 5 min more. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy
