  1. Get Easy Taco Soup
  2. Prepare 1 lb Ground Beef
  3. Make ready 1 can whole kernal corn
  4. Take 1 can Ranch Style Beans
  5. Prepare 2 can stewed tomatoes (or 1 large can)
  6. Get 1 packages Hidden Valley Ranch Original Powder Mix
  7. Get 1 packages Mild Taco Seasoning Mix
  8. Get 1/2 Diced White Onion (optional)
  9. Make ready 1 can Original Rotel
  10. Make ready Garnish

Steps to make Easy Taco Soup:
  1. Brown hamburger meat over medium to medium high heat
  2. Drain hamburger meat and return to a cooking pot (big enough for all ingredients)
  3. Open all cans and add ingredients to the hamburger meat. DO NOT drain cans. If using, add onion at this time.
  4. Add both the Ranch and Taco seasoning packets and stir (I use the whole package of taco seasoning but you may want to use less due to spiciness)
  5. Cook over high heat stirring occasionally until ingredients come to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
  6. Once done add a ladle or two of soup to a bowl, crush as many chips (or crackers) as you want into bowl, add a little shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
  7. Enjoy! :-)
