Some grains are actually excellent for repelling bad moods. Teff, barley, millet, quinoa, etc are all good for helping you be in a happier state of mind. These grains can help you feel full for longer as well, helping you feel better. It’s easy to feel a little bit off when you feel hungry! The reason these grains are so great for your mood is that they are not hard for your body to digest and process. You digest these foods more quickly than other foods which can help promote your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel better, mood wise.

Green tea is actually excellent for your mood. You were simply expecting to read that here, weren’t you? Green tea is loaded with an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Research has proven that this amino acid induces the production of brain waves. This helps improve your mental focus while relaxing the rest of your body. You probably already knew how easy it is to get healthy when you consume green tea. Now you know it can help raise your mood as well!
