Foods That Make Your Mood Better
For the most part, people have been trained to think that “comfort” foods are bad for the body and should be avoided. However, if your comfort food is candy or junk food this holds true. At times, comfort foods can be very nutritious and good for us to consume. There are several foods that, when you consume them, could better your mood. When you are feeling a little down and are needing an emotional boost, try a few of these.
Eggs, you might be amazed to learn, are great at fighting depression. Just make sure that you don’t toss out the yolk. Every time you wish to cheer yourself up, the yolk is the most important part of the egg. Eggs, particularly the egg yolks, are loaded with B vitamins.
