  2. Sautè the onion and garlic
  3. Add the pork and set fire to high
  4. Pour the coconut milk into the pan, simmer for 5-7 minutes
  5. Add in the taro leaves and simmer for 10 more minutes
  6. Add in the peppers and shrimp paste then simmer for 2-3 minutes
