  3. Take 1/4 tsp garam masala powder

  5. Take 1 tbsp corn flour
  6. Get 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Make ready To taste salt

Instructions to make Taro Fry Arbi Seppankizhangu Roast:
  1. Pressure cook taro for 1 whistle. Peel the skin and cut into desired shape. Set aside.
  2. Deep fry in oil and take in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl add turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste and red chilli powder.
  4. Then add salt, garam masala and corn flour. Add little water and make into into a slurry.
  5. Pour this over the fried taro and mix to coat all the pieces.
  6. In a pan add 3 tbspn oil and roast the masala taro till crisp.
