  2. Now steam it and drain the water away
  3. Heat oil add nigella seeds and chillies
  4. Add the stems and saute for a while
  5. Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it become soft
  6. Add the boiled Bengal gram and mix
  7. Add red chilli powder and sugar mix
  8. Finally add the desiccated coconut and mix well
  9. Serve it with rice
