  3. Take 100 grams Ground chicken
  4. Make ready 1 pinch Salt
  5. Prepare 1 pinch Pepper
  6. Get 1 Flour
  7. Get 1 Beaten egg
  8. Take 1 Panko

Instructions to make Mess-free Taro Croquettes:
  1. Without peeling the taro, wrap in plastic wrap and microwave until softened, or boil in a pot. The peels should slip off easily (they're hot so be careful).
  2. Mince the onions and stir fry with the ground chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the taro in between two sheets of plastic wrap and crush with your palms. Put a tablespoon of the meat mixture into the middle of each. Using plastic wrap, form the taro root into balls.
  4. Coat in flour, then a beaten egg, then finally with panko, and deep-fry at 180°C. Squeeze whatever sauce you prefer and serve.
