The ingredients needed to make Mix chana chaat:
  1. Get 400 gms (or 2 cups) chick peas.(Boil)
  2. Take 3 medium potatoes (boil)
  3. Get 2 medium onion slice
  4. Prepare 2 medium tomatoes.(chop)
  5. Get 1 pao (250gms) sweet potatoes. (shakar qandi).boil
  6. Take 5-6 pcs arvi. (taro root) boil
  7. Prepare 2 green chillies. Fine slice
  8. Make ready 1 Tbsp fresh coriander leaves
  9. Prepare 2 Tbsp ketchup
  10. Take 2 Tbsp tamarind pulp.(imli ka guda)
  11. Make ready 1 Tbsp sugar
  12. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
  13. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  14. Make ready 1/4 tsp turmeric (haldi)
  15. Make ready 1/2 tsp chaat masalah
  16. Take to taste Salt
  17. Take 1 Tbsp cornflour dissolve in 1/4cup water
  18. Prepare 3-4 pcs papri for garnish

Instructions to make Mix chana chaat:
  1. Boil chana with same common method.when done spare 2 cups water in it. If water dries, then add 2 cup of water.
  2. Put pan at medium flame, when water start boiling add all Boil veg: one by one.
  3. Add Tomatoes, spices except chaat masalah.
  4. In the end add corn flour mix for 2 min:, when it thickens off the flame.
  5. Dish out into serving bowl or plates, Garnish with chaat masalah and paapri. If you like raw onion, also you can use it in garnishing.
