  4. Make ready 2 teaspoon red chilli powder

  6. Get as needed Oil for frying
  7. Make ready as needed Sev for garnish
  8. Take Green Chutney
  9. Take 1 cup coriander leaves
  10. Take 4 green chillies
  11. Get to taste Salt
  12. Prepare 1 tsp ginger
  13. Prepare 2 tsp tamarind
  14. Make ready 1 tsp jaggery

Steps to make Aloo Kachalu Chaat:
  1. Soak tamarind in water and keep aside.
  2. Pressure cook arbi and potato adding some salt for 2 whistles. strain water and keep aside
  3. In a blender add all chutney ingredients and grind add tamarind water. Keep aside
  4. Peel arbi and potato and cut in to small pieces, it has to be deep fried so cut accordingly
  5. Heat oil in pan and fry arbi till golden first followed by potato remove in a mixing bowl
  6. Add dry spices and mix nicely.
