The ingredients needed to make Arbi with curd:
  1. Get 250 gm arbi/ Taro roots
  2. Take 1 cup curd
  3. Prepare 1 tsp mustard seeds
  4. Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  5. Take To taste salt
  6. Prepare 1 tsp green chilli and ginger garlic paste
  7. Take 2 dry red chilli
  8. Get 1 tsp Curry leaves
  9. Take 2 tbsp refined oil
  10. Make ready 1 tbsp Besan/gramflour
  11. Take 1 tsp dhaniya (corinader)powder
  12. Prepare 1 tsp red Chilli powder

Arbi is boiled and cooked with curd and various Indian spices which give the rich taste to this dish. Simple Arbi Fry (Taro Root) with ginger, curry leaves and spices. Garnished with cilantro this makes a nice side with dal Simple Arbi Fry made by boiling arbi (taro roots) and then stir-frying it with spices. Steps to make Arbi with curd:
  1. Boil arbi, peel and cut the arbi
  2. Heat oil with mustard seed, red chilli and curry leaves add turmeric powder
  3. Add besan with curd and beat with salt, sugar, red chilli and dhoniya powder
  4. Now mix it with boil arbi
  5. Add ginger garlic and chilli paste
  6. Boil it for 5 minutes
