  1. Make ready 10-12 Aloo vadi leaves(taro leaves)
  2. Get 2 cup chickpea flour (besan)
  3. Make ready 1 tbsp tamarind paste

Instructions to make Aloo vadi:
  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl and make thick paste
  2. Wash and Remove veins from leaves with the help of knife
  3. Apply thick paste on leaves and place another leaves on top… Repeat the process till 6-7 leaves
