The ingredients needed to make Kadhi Chawal:
  1. Take 1 cup besan/gram flour
  2. Take 6-7 Arbi(taro root) pieces
  3. Get 2 chopped potato
  4. Prepare 4 Chopped tomato
  5. Take to taste salt
  6. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Get 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  8. Prepare 2 glass water
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp oil
  10. Get For Tadka
  11. Get 1 tsp oil
  12. Prepare 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  13. Prepare 1 tsp cumin seeds
  14. Make ready 7-8 kadhi patta(curry leaves)
  15. Take 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Lal mirch

Instructions to make Kadhi Chawal:
  1. Heat Cooker add oil add besan saute it
  2. When the colour changes add masala vegetables and half water give it 1 whistle slow it for 2 mins off the flame
  3. Open the lid add rest water boil it
  4. For Tadka heat Tadka pan add oil add cumin and mustard seed when it crackers add Curry patta and mirch. Serve hot
