  1. Make ready 200 gm Prawns
  2. Get 100 gm Taro Root or Kachu
  3. Make ready 1 Potato cubes
  4. Take 1 Tomato - large
  5. Make ready 1 cup Onion paste
  6. Take 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
  7. Get Pinch Turmeric powder
  8. Take 1 tsp Pepper powder
  9. Take 1 tsp Cumin-coriander powder-
  10. Get To taste Salt and sugar

Instructions to make Kachu diye Chingri:
  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper and turmeric powder on Prawns and fry them. Set them aside. Now fry potato cubes in the same oil.
  2. Make paste of tomato and onion and add it in the oil. Add ginger-garlic paste, cumin-coriander powder and salt in it.
  3. Saute everything well. Cook until the raw smell of the masala goes away. Add water as much needed.
