  1. Take 1/2 kg arbi or taro roots
  2. Make ready 1 tbsp ragi flour
  3. Prepare 1+1/2 tbsp Amarnath flour
  4. Take 1 tbsp almond powder/ ground almonds + 3 tbsp extra for coating
  5. Prepare 1 green chilli finely chopped
  6. Make ready 1 handful fresh coriander leaves
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Take 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  9. Prepare 1/4 tsp amchur powder

Instructions to make Arbi ke kebab:
  1. Wash the arbi well and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles just as we boil potatoes. Then remove the skin carefully. Thereafter mash the boiled arbi with a potato masher.
  2. Now mix all the dry spices, green chillies, amarnath flour and 1 tbsp ground almonds and mix. Then add ragi flour and fresh coriander leaves and mix well.
  3. Now wet your hands and take a small ball size mixture and give kebabs a desired shape. Roll the kebabs in almond powder and keep aside.
