  1. Take 1 bowl mix daal (black chana,chickpeas,moong daal,yellow peas)
  2. Get to taste Salt
  3. Prepare to taste Red chilli
  4. Get 1 tsp turmeric powder
  5. Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Take 3 onions chopped
  7. Take 1 tomato chopped
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp curry powder
  9. Get 1/2 cup cauliflowers
  10. Prepare 1/2 cup raw banana
  11. Prepare 1/2 cup potato
  12. Prepare 1/2 cup taro (arbi)
  13. Take 1/2 cup carrot
  14. Prepare 1/2 cup beans (barbatti)

  1. First wash and boil mix daal till get soft and keep aside
  2. Take a pan heat oil add sugar
  3. Now add bay leaves..cumin..saute onion
  4. Now add tomato chopped,red chilli, Ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,curry powder,,mix it well with adding a little water
  5. Now mix all veggies and mix daal stir it well
  6. Now mix water and salt…cook for 10 minutes…in the end mix garam masala and coriander leaves
