  1. Peel the bananas…
  2. Assemble all the ingredients….i usually grate my tomatoes
  3. Put the sufuria on the heat, add oil… Then onions…. When the onions are about to turn brown, add the garlic
  4. Add the grated tomatoes.. Then add the cubes, tumeric,garam masala and a little salt… Let this cook for 2 minutes…
  5. Now add the raw bananas… Stir and then add water… The water should cover the banana alittle… Cover
  6. Let this cook for 20 minutes…
