  1. Prepare 1 bunch matoke/bananas peeled amd cut in half
  2. Get 1/4 kg meat diced
  3. Get 2 medium sized onions
  4. Get 3 carrots grated
  5. Prepare 3 cloves garlic minced
  6. Take 1 stem rosemary
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp mixed spices
  8. Get to taste Salt

Instructions to make One pot matoke beef:
  1. In a pot under medium heat, put a little oil, onions, meat, rosemary, carrots and mixed spices.
  2. Let it cook in its own juiced till tender, if it starts to burn you can add very little water and cover.
  3. Keep checking and stirring so that it doesn't burn. Fry until the meat is tender.
  4. Add garlic, bananas and salt. Mix well. Add water to cover halfway.
  5. Cover and let it cook.
  6. When the bananas are nicely cooked, remove and serve.
  7. Enjoy
