The ingredients needed to make Matoke(Kaganda) with spinach:
  1. Get 10 green bananas peeled
  2. Take 3 red plum tomatoes cubed
  3. Take 1 Onion thinly cut
  4. Take Half a stem rosemary
  5. Get 2 cloves garlic minced
  6. Take 3 stems corriander

Matoke (or Matooke) refer to the plantain or plantain banana in Uganda, where plantains are a staple crop. Vegetarian Matoke: Matoke is just as tasty when served as a vegetarian meal. Simply eliminate the beef and use water or vegetable stock. Instructions to make Matoke(Kaganda) with spinach:
  1. Under medium heat fry the onions till transluscent.
  2. Add the garlic and rosemary and stir
  3. Add the tomatoes and cook until soft.
  4. Add the green bananas and ½cup of water and cover.
  5. Let it cook…. When it has cooked through, add the corriander and remove from heat.
  6. Serve and enjoy. I love having mine with spinach.

Feeling hungry can be terrible! The reason these grains are so great for your mood is that they are easy for your stomach to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps jumpstart a rise in your blood sugar which in turn takes your mood to a happier place.

Green tea is fantastic for moods. You knew green tea had to be mentioned, right? Green tea has a lot of an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Research has proved that this amino acid stimulates the production of brain waves. This will better your brain’s focus while simultaneously calming the rest of your body. You already knew green tea could help you be healthier. Now you know that applies to your mood as well!
