The ingredients needed to make Matoke fry #AuthorMarathon:
  1. Prepare 6 green bananas
  2. Prepare 2 Tomatoes
  3. Prepare 1 onion
  4. Make ready 1 large Carrot
  5. Take Green bell pepper(hoho)
  6. Prepare Oil
  7. Take to taste Salt
  8. Take 1/2 Knorr chicken cube

Instructions to make Matoke fry #AuthorMarathon:
  1. Peel the bananas and wash with salty water. Chop the other vegetables.
  2. In a pan, sauté the onions and add the tomatoes, hoho. Stir until well done.
  3. Add in the green bananas together with the carrots. Salt to taste and stir well.
  4. Cook on medium heat. Add a little water, enough to cook them through. Add the chicken cube and stir well to incorporate it. Let them simmer until bananas are well done.
  5. Serve with rice and greens.

These foods can help you feel full for longer also, which can help your mood too. Feeling famished can actually make you feel terrible! They are easier to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, elevates your mood.
