Steps to make Matoke:
  1. Mix matoke banana with Irish potatoes in a sufuria, add salt to taste, tomatoes and Onion on top of it,add water and cover with a lid and let it cook.
  2. When the matoke and potatoes are almost fully cooked, add oil, powdered royco, mix it well and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add cucumber, coriander, carrots and sweet peeper to the matoke and stir well and let it cook for 3 minutes
  4. Serve as desired
