The ingredients needed to make Fried matoke:
  1. Take 5 unpeeled raw bananas
  2. Get 1/2 kg meat
  3. Get 1 onion
  4. Prepare 2 large ripe tomatoes
  5. Prepare Cooking oil
  6. Take to taste Salt
  7. Prepare Tomato paste

Steps to make Fried matoke:
  1. Wash and boil the unpeeled bananas. Then remove the peels well.
  2. Fry the onions till brown, then add meat mix and add a little water to cook.
  3. Once meat is cooked add tomatoes and cover to cook.
  4. Add enough tomato paste and add salt then mix.
  5. Add the bananas and mix well. You can add soy sauce to brown and should be very tasty.
  6. Enjoy
