  1. Take Gravy
  2. Get 1/2 kg Chicken Julian cut
  3. Make ready 1 tbs Soya sauce
  4. Make ready 1 tbs Vinegar
  5. Make ready 2 tbs Oil
  6. Prepare Salt half tsp
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  8. Make ready 1 tbs Ginger garlic paste
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  10. Prepare 1 tsp Hot sauce
  11. Prepare 1/2 cup Ketchup
  12. Get 2-3 tbs Water
  13. Take 200 gm Boiled egg noodles
  14. Take 1 tbs Oil
  15. Prepare 1 tbs Ginger
  16. Get 1/4 cup Capsicum. Spring onion. Carrot. Cabbage
  17. Take Salt and black pepper as per taste
  18. Get 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  19. Take 2 tsp Soya sauce
  20. Prepare Oil as req
  21. Take 1/2 kg Boiled rice

Instructions to make Singaporean rice:
  1. In a pan heat oil add chicken piece and ginger garlic paste and fry it. Then add soya sauce vinegar salt red chili powder black pepper powder and mix it well
  2. Then add hot sauce and ketchup and little water and cook for 3 to 4 minutes more. Cook it and keep aside
  3. In a pan add oil and all vegetables except green onion. Add soya sauce salt black pepper and red chili and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add boiled noodles and green onion and oil. Mix it well and then keep this aside
  5. For assembling.. In a serving dish spread white boiled rice then spread above fried vegetable noodle then chicken gravy.
