  2. Get Half kg raw bananas peeled and diced into pieces
  3. Take 2 large tomatoes
  4. Take 1 large onion
  5. Take Mashed garlic
  6. Make ready Dania
  7. Prepare Cooking oil
  8. Take to taste Salt
  9. Take Royco

Although matoke is simply a yellow banana that is unripened. Plaintains and green bananas (matoke) are a staple part of the diet in Uganda and much of East Africa. Steps to make Matoke (cooked bananas and potatoes):
  1. In a sufuria fry onions til golden brown. Add the mashed garlic and cook for 5mins.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes to the sufuria and cover, let it cook for another 5mins.
  3. Add the chopped unripe bananas and potatoes. Cover and let it simmer for 10mins.
  4. Add Dania,royco and salt and continue cooking for another 10mins.
  5. Serve with a cold drink.

You digest them quicker than other things which can help increase your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel more pleasant, mood wise.

Studies have discovered that this amino acid basically induces brain waves. This will better your brain’s concentration while at the same loosening up the rest of your body.
