  1. Take Potatoes ikg
  2. Prepare Tomatoes.1/4kg
  3. Take Cooking oil…1/4cup
  4. Get 1/2 tablaspoon of salt
  5. Take 3/4 kg Carrots.
  6. Prepare 2 kg Matoke
  7. Take Dania
  8. Take Hoho
  9. Make ready 2 onions.middle size
  10. Take 2 glasses water

Instructions to make Matoke and meat stew:
  1. Peal the potatoes…carrots….and put in separate dishes…water
  2. In to small.pieces yhe carrots…hoho dania…and tomatoes in a separate dish….
  3. In the sufuria…put the cooking oil…and as it warms cut the onion and add…….cover the sufuria….
  4. Cook till it changes to brown then add the matoke and potatoes
  5. Cook for about twenty minites the add the tomates,hoho,dania and carrots…cook for other ten minutes..
  6. Add two glassed of. Water
  7. And then…seerve with either beef stew orr pork..and steamed cabbage
