  1. Get 200 g beef - boiled
  2. Take 8 bananas
  3. Make ready cooking oil
  4. Get 1 large tomatoes
  5. Make ready 1 small onion
  6. Take salt
  7. Get royco

Instructions to make Matoke and beef stew:
  1. Dice all the ingredients and the place the onions in a sufuria and add 4tbs cooking oil and let it fry until it turns brown
  2. Add the tomatoes and stir then cover for 2 minutes for the tomatoes to soften then crash them
  3. Add the boiled beef and stir then add 1/4 cup of water and 2 pinches of salt as you stir and then add 1tsp royco.
  4. Add the peeled and sliced bananas into the beef and stir. Add 1/2 cup of water and salt if necessary then cover for 10 minutes. keep checking to make sure the water does not finish before the bananas are cooked.
  5. After the bananas have cooked stir to make sure they have completely mixed the turn of the heat and serve
