Steps to make Simple matoke recipe:
  1. Peel and wash the green bananas and potatoes then keep it aside.
  2. In a blender blend the onions, tomatoes and pepper into a thick paste.
  3. In a sufuria add some water and a tbsp of oil then add the potatoes and green bananas.
  4. Let it come to a boil then add the paste, salt and curry powder. Let it cook for about 20mins. Garnish with coriander ready for serving.

Some grains are truly great for repelling bad moods. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all really wonderful for helping boost your happiness levels. These foods can help you feel full for longer as well, which can help your mood too. Feeling famished can be a real downer! These grains can help your mood elevate since it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them.
