  1. Peel and wash both bananas anf potatoes. Dice into medium length pieces.
  2. Dice tomato, onion, garlic and dhania into fine pieces.
  3. Fry the onions till brown, add garlic and tomatoes and any spices of your choice, add the banana and potatoes,stir to coat each piece then add water to submerge them slightly.
