Steps to make Matoke and beef:
  1. Collect and get ready all your recipes.
  2. I enjoy my potatoes unpeeled so I just wash them really clean. So preparation continues.
  3. We started with the matoke. Heat the sufuria and add oil when it's hot enough add the onions, ginger-garlic mix and stir till golden brown. Add onions to make the puree.
  4. Add the bananas and potatoes mix then the salt to taste and tumeric for color. Add water, cover and let it simmer till ready to serve under medium heat.
  5. For our beef stew. We boiled the beef to soften. Let the water dry out, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and onions. Stir till golden brown then add the tomatoes and salt and cover for a few minutes.
  6. It's ready to go if you want a wet fry. Some like it with the soup so added a considerable amount of water and let it simmer. When the soup is thick enough, serve when hot and enjoy under the beautiful blessed sunset. #dinner_is_ready

Cold water fish are excellent if you would like to be in a better mood. Herring, trout, tuna, wild salmon, and mackerel are all full of omega-3s and DHA. DHA and omega-3s are two things that actually help the grey matter in your brain run a lot better. It’s true: consuming a tuna fish sandwich can earnestly boost your mood.

Grains can be wonderful for driving away a bad mood. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all truly wonderful for helping increase your happiness levels. These foods fill you up better and that can help improve your moods as well. Feeling starved can be a real downer! The reason these grains elevate your mood is that they are not difficult for your stomach to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps kick start a rise in your glucose levels which in turn takes your mood to a happier place.
