  3. Make ready 1/2 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  4. Take 8-10 dates
  5. Take 1 Cup peanut butter
  6. Get 1 Tablespoon honey
  7. Get Almond milk (if mixture needs to stick together more)
  8. Take 1 Cup sliced or crushed almonds
  9. Prepare 1/3 Cup dark chocolate, small chunks

Instructions to make Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars:
  1. In a food processor, add oats, protein powder, cocoa, dates, peanut butter and honey. Blend until becomes firm paste
  2. If mixture is too crumbly, add almond milk till firm
  3. Once blended, spoon out into large bowl and fold in dark chocolate and almonds.
  4. Using a glass baking dish, spoon out mixture evenly and press flat with spatula. Let freeze for 20-30 mins.
  5. Cut into equal sized bars and store in air tight container in fridge
