The higher your levels of serotonin, the more pleasant you are going to feel. Not just that but nuts, specifically, are a terrific source of protein.
If you want to beat depression, try eating some cold water fish. Salmon, herring, tuna, mackerel, trout, etc, they’re all high in omega-3 and DHA. These are two substances that increase the quality and function of the grey matter in your brain. It’s the truth: consuming tuna fish sandwiches can truly help you fight your depression.
It’s not difficult to fight your bad mood when you are eating grains. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all truly great for helping boost your happiness levels. These grains fill you up better and that can help improve your moods too. Feeling starved can be a real downer! These grains can improve your mood since it’s easy for your body to digest them. You digest them faster than other things which can help boost your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel happier, mood wise.
Green tea is excellent for moods. You just knew it had to be included in this article, right? Green tea is rich in a particular amino acid known as L-theanine. Research has proven that this amino acid stimulates the production of brain waves. This helps sharpen your mental energy while at the same time relaxing the rest of your body.
