  6. Take 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  7. Take 2 Tbsp water
  8. Prepare 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  9. Take 2 Tbsp milk
  10. Take 1/4 cup peanut butter
  11. Get 2 Tbsp water

Instructions to make Chocolate-Peanut Butter Brownie Bars:
  1. Wash the dates and cut and add to a blender. Add cocoa powder, chocolate chips, almonds, cashew nuts, vanilla essence, water.
  2. Blend smooth. If not in one go then in batches
  3. Add a parchment paper to a 8” square pan. Lay the crumbles on to it and with another parchment paper press it down
  4. In a bowl add maple syrup, peanut butter, milk and water. Stir and frost.
  5. Apply the frost on the crumble and refrigerate for an hour. Cut into squares and plate it

These are two substances that promote the quality and function of the gray matter in your brain. It’s the truth: consuming tuna fish sandwiches can truly help you overcome your depression.

Some grains are truly wonderful for fighting off bad moods. Quinoa, barley, millet, etc are excellent at helping you feel better. These foods can help you feel full for longer as well, which can help your mood too. Feeling famished can be terrible! The reason these grains are so great for your mood is that they are not difficult for your body to digest and process. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps promote a rise in your glucose levels which in turn takes your mood to a happier place.
