Peanut Butter Oats Squares is one of the most well liked of recent trending foods on earth. It’s simple, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions every day. Peanut Butter Oats Squares is something that I have loved my whole life. They are nice and they look fantastic.
To begin with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can have peanut butter oats squares using 3 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook that.
I was recipe testing some millionaire's shortbread and found I did not have enough of the correct ingredients. A family-sized pot of crunchy peanut butter sat almost full at the back of my cupboard, providing me with some nutty inspiration for these peanut butter squares. In this peanut butter oat bars recipe, a thick layer of chocolate and peanut butter is sandwiched between a buttery oatmeal Let the bars come to room temperature again before cutting into squares! Melt together butter, peanut butter, and butterscotch chips on very low heat until mixed, stirring constantly.

Alternate between layers of peanut butter and layers of sliced banana. Place in fridge and enjoy in the morning or a few hours later.
Foods That Make Your Mood Better
For the most part, people have been trained to believe that “comfort” foods are terrible for the body and need to be avoided. But if your comfort food is candy or junk food this holds true. Other times, though, comfort foods can be totally nutritious and it’s good for you to eat them. There are a number of foods that actually can raise your moods when you eat them. When you are feeling a little down and are in need of an emotional boost, test out a couple of these.
Eggs, would you believe, are fantastic for helping you combat depression. You must make sure, however, that what you make includes the yolk. The egg yolk is the most crucial part of the egg iwhen it comes to helping elevate your mood. Eggs, specifically the egg yolks, are rich in B vitamins. B vitamins can actually help you elevate your mood. This is because the B vitamins help your neural transmitters–the parts of your brain that dictate your mood–run better. Try to eat an egg and feel better!
Put together a trail mix out of seeds and/or nuts. Your mood can be elevated by consuming peanuts, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etcetera. This is because seeds and nuts have lots of magnesium which boosts your brain’s serotonin levels. Serotonin is called the “feel good” substance that our body produces and it tells your brain how you should be feeling at all times. The more of it you have, the more pleasant you are going to feel. Not just that but nuts, particularly, are a terrific source of protein.
Cold water fish are excellent if you wish to be in a better mood. Cold water fish including tuna, trout and wild salmon are rich in DHA and omega-3s. Omega-3 fatty acids and DHA are two things that promote the quality and the function of your brain’s grey matter. It’s true: consuming a tuna fish sandwich can earnestly elevate your mood.
Grains can be great for fighting a terrible mood. Barley, quinoa, millet, teff, etc are all excellent for helping you feel happier. These foods can help you feel full for longer too, which can help your mood too. Feeling famished can be awful! The reason these grains are so good for your mood is that they are not difficult for your body to digest and process. You digest these grains faster than other things which can help promote your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel happier, mood wise.
Green tea is truly excellent for your mood. You just knew it had to be mentioned in this article, right? Green tea has a lot of an amino acid called L-theanine. Studies prove that this specific amino acid can actually induce brain waves. This helps sharpen your mental energy while at the same time calming your body. You probably already knew it is not hard to be healthy when you drink green tea. Now you are aware that it can help you be happier too!
So you see, you don’t need to consume all that junk food when you want to feel better! Try a couple of of these hints instead.
