  2. Make ready 1.5 tsp lemon pepper seasoning per each breast
  3. Get Pepper, to taste per each breast
  4. Prepare 1 fresh lemon, 1/2 sliced, the other half juiced
  5. Prepare 2 tbs unsalted butter
  6. Make ready 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions to make Lemony Brown Butter Chicken:
  1. Season chicken breast
  2. Preheat oven to 375⁰
  3. In a skillet add your butter and olive oil, once hot brown chicken and both sides on high heat (it's okay if it's not cooked through at this stage)
  4. Add your lemon juice and a slice of lemon on each breast
  5. Bake in oven for 20-25min then serve with your fave sides!
