  1. Make ready 1 large pack chicken thighs, boneless, skinless, OR boneless chicken breast, sliced into strips(rinsed and pat dry thoroughly)
  2. Prepare 2 packages (3 ounce) Lemon flavor jello gelatin
  3. Get 2 tablespoons corn starch
  4. Take 1 can (14.5 ounce) low sodium chicken broth
  5. Make ready 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  6. Make ready 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  7. Get 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  8. Make ready 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  9. Get 1/2 cup Zesty Italian dressing (shake dressing well !!)
  10. Take 6 cloves garlic, minced
  11. Prepare 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  12. Get 2 small onions, sliced

Instructions to make Quick Make -Believe Stir Fry Lemon Chicken:
  1. In a small bowl combine both packs of lemon jello with your cornstarch, mix well……
  2. Add in your chicken broth, black pepper, crushed red pepper, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, zesty Italian dressing and garlic, mix all well……stir occasionally……
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan…..
  4. Add to vegetable oil in pan your chicken strips, then add in your onions and red pepper, sauté on high heat for several minutes or until chicken is almost done…….stirring frequently…….
  5. Slowly stir into chicken strips and veggies your lemon broth mixture, continue to cook chicken and broth together on high heat until lemon broth thickens…….remove from heat……
