  1. Make ready 1 small box of spaghetti noodles
  2. Prepare 1 tsp oil
  3. Take 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  4. Make ready 1/3 tsp minced garlic
  5. Prepare 1 tablespoon sugar
  6. Get 1/2 tsp onion powder
  7. Make ready 1-8 ounce bag of mozzarella
  8. Prepare 1 cup parmesan cheese
  9. Take 1 cup Colby jack cheese
  10. Make ready 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Instructions to make Chicken parmesan:
  1. Prepare chicken breasts (see fried chicken recipe I posted)
  2. Bring water to a boil with oil and add noodles. Cook until tender.
  3. Mix noodles with minced garlic, onion powder, sugar and spaghetti sauce.
  4. Put spaghetti on a large serving tray or baking dish and top with shredded Colby jack. Top with chicken breasts and mozzarella cheese then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

These grains can help you feel full for longer also, which is a mood improver. Feeling starved can truly bring you down! The reason these grains can improve your mood is that they are not difficult to digest. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps raise your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, elevates your mood.

Your mood could truly be helped by green tea. You just knew it had to be in here somewhere, right? Green tea is rich in a specific amino acid called L-theanine. Research has found that this amino acid promotes the production of brain waves. This helps improve your mental energy while at the same time calming your body. You likely already knew it is not difficult to become healthy when you drink green tea. Now you are well aware that green tea helps you to elevate your moods also!
