The ingredients needed to make Tijuanas enchiladas:
  1. Make ready 2 boneless skinless chicken breast
  2. Get 1-28 oz can of green enchilada sauce
  3. Get 1.5 cups pace salsa verde
  4. Prepare 1-8 oz bag of shredded Mexican cheese
  5. Prepare 1-4.5 oz can of diced green Chile’s
  6. Prepare Sour cream to garnish
  7. Take 1 tsp onion powder
  8. Prepare 1 tsp minced garlic
  9. Prepare 1/3 tsp black pepper
  10. Get 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  11. Get 1 packet sazon seasoning (found in the Latin aisle)

Instructions to make Tijuanas enchiladas:
  1. Please chicken breast in a lightly oil pan and sauté until done shred with two forks and mix in red pepper flakes black pepper minced garlic onion powder and sazon and Chile’s. Add in half of the salsa verde and and the 1/2 of the green enchilada sauce and cheese and stir well.
  2. Scoop into warm corn or flour tortillas and roll up placing on a plate. Top with remaining salsa verde and green sauce and sprinkle with shredded cheese and sour cream.

Serotonin is referred to as the “feel good” substance that our body produces and it tells your brain how you should be feeling day in and day out. The more of this chemical in your brain, the more pleasant you’ll feel. Not only that but nuts, particularly, are a great protein source.

Cold water fish are excellent if you are wanting to be in a better mood. Tuna, trout, mackerel, herring and wild salmon are all rich in omega-3 fats and DHA. These are two substances that boost the quality and function of the gray matter in your brain. It’s true: eating a tuna fish sandwich can seriously raise your mood.

Some grains are really excellent for repelling bad moods. Quinoa, barley, millet, etc are excellent at helping you feel better. These foods fill you up better and that can help elevate your moods as well. Feeling famished can actually make you feel awful! These grains can elevate your mood since it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. You digest these grains faster than other foods which can help promote your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel happier, mood wise.

Green tea is actually excellent for your mood. You were simply waiting to read that in this article, weren’t you? Green tea is loaded with a certain amino acid called L-theanine. Studies have found that this specific amino acid can essentially induce brain waves. This helps focus your mental energy while simultaneously making the rest of your body more relaxed. You knew that green tea helps you feel better. Now you are well aware that it helps you to elevate your moods as well!
