  2. Get 3 tbsp tomato puree
  3. Prepare 3 tbsp light soy sauce
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp sriracha chili sauce
  5. Take SPAM AND ONION FRIED RICE
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp oil
  7. Make ready 1 large dice onion
  8. Make ready 2 cup cooked white rice or leftover white rice
  9. Take 3 eggs
  10. Take 1/2 can spam /luncheon meat
  11. Take 8 small cherry tomato

Instructions to make Sriracha Tomato Spam And Onion Fried Rice:
  1. Mix tomato puree with light soy sauce then add sriracha chili sauce ,adding more for spicy lover and less for those can't take the heat
  2. With oil pan fry the spam with onion then add inwhite cooked rice or overnight leftover white rice then add in the beaten eggs which season with salt and pepper and let the egg set then stir fry using a chopstick
  3. Once the eggs are all set then add in the sriracha tomato sauce and stir fry to mix about 1 minutes then add in the last spoon of the sriracha tomato sauce and mix well till its the fried rice almost dry then off heat and add some cherry tomato
