  3. Take 1 onion chopped
  4. Prepare 1 green pepper chopped

  6. Take 8 slices pepper jack cheese
  7. Get 1 cup salsa

Instructions to make Fajita Chicken Rollups:
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Flatten chicken to 1/4 inch and rub lightly with fajita mix
  3. Place peppers and onions on top of chicken and one slice of cheese
  4. Roll chicken and secure with toothpick. Place in lightly greased 9x13 pan
  5. Cover with salsa and bake for 35-40 minutes
  6. Top with another slice of cheese and bake 5 more minutes
