The ingredients needed to make Creamy Parmesan Mushroom Chicken Pasta:
  1. Make ready 100-150 gram fresh sliced mushroom
  2. Make ready 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  3. Get 1/4 onion
  4. Prepare 1 tablespoon garlic
  5. Take 50 ml milk
  6. Prepare 15 gram Parmesan chesse
  7. Get 3 gram basil leaves
  8. Take Olive oil
  9. Get 1/2 cup butter no salt
  10. Make ready Salt
  11. Make ready Spaghetti noodle
  12. Prepare 1 tablespoon wheat flour
  13. Get 1/2 tablespoon pepper

Add flour and stir until incorporated. Add half-and-half, chicken stock, Parmesan, and oregano and season with salt and pepper. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown and cook the chicken breasts in oil on both sides until juices run clear and chicken is cooked through.

Instructions to make Creamy Parmesan Mushroom Chicken Pasta:
  1. Prepare the ingredients
  2. In a large skillet add olive oil and cook the chicken on medium high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until brown on each side and cooked until no longer pink in center. Remove chicken and set aside on a plate. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for a few minutes until tender. Remove and set aside.
  3. To make the sauce add the butter and melt. Add garlic and cook until tender. Whisk in the flour until it thickens. Whisk in chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, pepper and salt. Add the spinach and let simmer until it starts to thicken and spinach wilts. Add the chicken and,mushrooms back to the sauce and serve over pasta is desired.

  5. Bắc chảo lên bếp. Đun chảy bơ trong chảo. Đợi bơ tan chảy hết thì cho hành tây vào, xào thơm ở lửa vừa trong khoảng 2-3 phút. Cho nấm vào cùng chút muối & tiêu. Xào ở lửa vừa khoảng 2 phút cho nấm vừa chín thì trút nấm ra bát (hình 1-2)
  6. Cho 1 thìa dầu Olive vào chảo, đợi dầu nóng thì cho tỏi vào phi thơm. Cho thịt gà vào xào, nêm chút muối & tiêu, xào đến khi thịt gà chín tới (hình 3-4)
  7. Cho nấm vào chảo thịt gà, cùng kem tươi, sữa tươi, pho mát và Basil khô. Vặn nhỏ lửa đun liu riu khoảng 3-5 phút, thi thoảng đảo đều, đến khi kem sữa cạn bớt thành sốt hơi sệt. Nêm lại muối, tiêu cho vừa ăn.
