  8. Prepare 4 portobello heads, emptied
  9. Prepare 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  10. Get 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs

  1. In a bowl, mix together seven first ingredients.
  2. Lay portobello heads on a foiled cookie sheet and fill in the portobello heads with tuna mix.
  3. Cover with cheese and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  4. Cook in pre-heated oven at 400° for 20 minutes.
  5. Cook at broil a couple of minutes till top is golden brown and crispy.
