  6. Get 8 large Shrimp, peeled and take of heads .slits on the center
  7. Take 1 tbsp choped green onions and red bell pepper
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of chicken stocks powder
  9. Get 1 tsp of seasoning soy sauce
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of fish sauce
  11. Take 1/2 tsp of sugar
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of oyster sauce

  1. In the heating pan add oil when the oil hot add choped garlic and onions cook for 30 second
  2. Add erg beat and cook through then add shrimps stir for 1 minutes.
  3. Add cooked rice mixing well
  4. Add red bell pepper and greens onions , add fish sauce and chicken stock powders then add soy sauce mixed throughly
  5. Add sugar , oyster sauce finishing with black peppers.
